Sarah’s approach is grounded in creating sustainable, personalized styles that align with her guests' lifestyle and personality—looks that grow out effortlessly and enhance natural beauty.
Beyond the salon, Sarah finds joy in the rhythm of everyday life—whether it’s lifting weights, sipping a perfect cup of coffee, getting lost in music, or chasing adventures with her two kids.
Her friendly, grounded presence makes her chair a place of comfort and confidence, where every appointment feels like time well spent. For Sarah, hair is about authenticity, connection, and helping people feel their best.
Savanna Newcomb
With 20 years of experience, Savanna brings a masterful blend of artistry and care to every guest who sits in her chair. A certified Aveda Cutting, Color, and Styling Coach, she specializes in haircutting, coloring, balayage, highlights, and blonding — tailoring each service to highlight your unique features and personality.
Savanna believes that healthy hair starts at the scalp and uses premium Aveda systems such as Botanical Repair, Scalp Solutions, Be Curly Advanced, Nutriplenish, and Color Control to customize care that ensures your hair looks and feels its best.
Her approach is collaborative and thoughtful: every consultation is a conversation, from scalp analysis to the final style, ensuring you feel heard and cared for throughout your experience. Savanna’s goal is to create an elevated, professional service where guests leave feeling truly cared for and confident.
Originally from North Carolina, Savanna was inspired by her own childhood hairstylist who made her feel special, sparking a lifelong passion. After training at Aveda Institute Chapel Hill, she’s dedicated herself to continuous education and honing her craft, always striving for creative growth.
When not behind the chair, Savanna loves the beach, snorkeling, collecting shells, and enjoying nature walks with her dog, Lilly. She’s an avid reader and a proud descendant of Edgar Allan Poe.
Savanna lives by the simple motto: “Be Kind.” She’s excited to partner with you to create a customized hair experience that’s all about you.
Ansley Peck
Ansley brings a spark of curiosity, creativity, and care to every guest she touches. Her journey began back in Charleston at Paul Mitchell The School, but the roots go even deeper, she grew up the kid who was always experimenting with hair and makeup, sneaking chances to learn, try, and transform. By high school she was coloring friends’ hair in the bathroom and dreaming of real salon magic. Now, with four years behind the chair, that dream is alive and thriving.
Ansley is especially passionate about color, curls, and extensions, with a special love for helping guests restore the health and life of their hair. Tape-in extensions are her favorite method, but she lights up for anything that lets her bring confidence and joy to the people in her chair.
Her creative style is heavily inspired by music, art, and the swirl of trends on social media. She believes every great service starts with a true conversation, a thoughtful consult where she can really listen and understand what someone is hoping to feel when they walk out the door. Her chair is a safe, judgment-free space where guests can relax, be honest, and feel fully cared for.
When she’s not in the salon, you’ll probably find Ansley hiking, hanging with her dogs, or out on mini-adventures with friends. She’s also a known blueberry-lover and has an ongoing love affair with iced vanilla lattes made with oat milk.
At M. Hair Studio, Ansley is excited to keep expanding her color skills, master new techniques, and learn from like-minded stylists around her. She’s building her confidence, her craft, and her signature style…one guest at a time.

Daly brings over 15 years of expertise in the beauty industry, with a strong foundation in both cosmetology and aesthetics. An Aveda graduate, she thrives on creativity, innovation, and inspiring others to embrace their unique style. Known for her warm and thoughtful approach, Daly has built her career on exceptional guest experiences and a genuine love for the craft of beauty.
Beyond the salon, Daly finds joy in exploring the outdoors, traveling the world, practicing Pilates, and nurturing close connections with friends and family. Driven by a love for uniting her craft with the pursuits that inspire her most, Daly embraces every opportunity to connect meaningfully with people from all walks of life—making each interaction both authentic and unforgettable.

Mandi is the visionary behind M. Hair Studio in East Nashville. Toni & Guy trained and with over 20 years as a stylist, she built her career on precision, artistry, and a deep commitment to guest experience. Her years behind the chair shaped not only her technical expertise but also her belief that great hair is about both artistry and connection.
Today, Mandi has shifted her focus from styling to shaping the future of M. Hair Studio, driving growth and innovation for the company. She leads with a hospitality-driven philosophy, a passion for mentorship, and a commitment to raising the standard of what an elevated salon experience can be. Her journey from stylist to owner gives her a unique perspective on building both a thriving team and an elevated guest experience.
