Her approach is collaborative and thoughtful: every consultation is a conversation, from scalp analysis to the final style, ensuring you feel heard and cared for throughout your experience. Originally from North Carolina, Savanna was inspired by her own childhood hairstylist who made her feel special, sparking a lifelong passion. After training at Aveda Institute Chapel Hill, she’s dedicated herself to continuous education and honing her craft, always striving for creative growth.

Maria specializes in layered cuts, precision bobs, highlights, and event styling. She trained in precision cutting techniques inspired by Vidal Sassoon and has a strong eye for shape, structure, and movement. Whether creating a polished blowout or a detailed updo, she approaches each service with care for the integrity and health of the hair.
Her consultations are thoughtful and thorough. Guests appreciate her steady hands and her focus on listening first. She wants every person in her chair to feel comfortable, accepted, and fully confident in the plan.
Inspired by art, music, fashion, and social trends, Maria blends classic technique with modern influence. Outside the salon, she has a rich background in the country music industry and continues to collaborate creatively through her husband’s recording studio. You can often find her exploring record stores, thrift shops, or spending time with family.

Toni & Guy trained and with over 20 years as a stylist, she built her career on precision, artistry, and a deep commitment to guest experience. Her years behind the chair shaped not only her technical expertise but also her belief that great hair is about both artistry and connection.
Today, Mandi has shifted her focus from styling to shaping the future of M. Hair Studio, driving growth and innovation for the company. She leads with a hospitality-driven philosophy, a passion for mentorship, and a commitment to raising the standard of what an elevated salon experience can be.
