M. HAIR STUDIO Covid-19 Policies and Procedures
Along with the guidelines of the TN Cosmetology Board and of the CDC we are implementing the following changes:
TEMPERATURE CHECK
Everyone that enters M. Hair Studio’s doors must have a temperature check. This includes M. Hair Studio’s employees and all guests that enter. Anyone showing a temperature over 100.4 F will not be allowed to enter the salon for the safety of our staff and guests.
PROTECTIVE WEAR
Everyone must wear masks (ear looped ones). M. Hair Studio staff and guests are required to wear masks at all times. If you do not have a mask we will provide one for a small fee.
APPOINTMENT POLICY
We will be enforcing a strict no show/cancellation policy (50% charge if less than 24HR notice of cancellation, 100% charge if no show). Due to the spacing out of appointments, limiting of number of staff working at a time, and extensive sanitation procedure times in between guests our scheduling time is very limited and valuable. Please give us plenty of time if you need to reschedule. IF YOU ARE SICK OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO SOMEONE WHO HAS , PLEASE RESCHEDULE.
