What You Bring to The Table
As a critical member of our team, you’ll be:

Skilled - You are a licensed stylist or cosmetology student, versed at cutting/coloring using various techniques on different hair textures.

What it takes

Mandatory Requirements:
This is an hourly/commission-based position based on the role.
MUST be able to apply best-in-class cut/color techniques on multiple hair types and textures and be up to date on the latest industry trends
TN cosmetology license
Willing to attend monthly team meet-ups
Participate in salon charity events and educational classes
Genuinely passionate about your craft and improving your skills year over year
Able to complete a new hire training series
Marketing savvy with active social media presence
Detail-oriented and professional
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide complete consultation, start to finish
Emotionally intelligent, conscientious, and team-focused
