Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 100% service fee, which must be paid before booking your next appointment.

Out of respect for our team and guests, please reschedule your visit if you’re feeling unwell. If you’re experiencing allergy symptoms or any non-contagious illness, we ask that you wear a mask during your service.

Children: For the comfort and safety of all guests, we ask that children only accompany you if they are scheduled for a service.
